Gisela is a design born from emotion, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance.

Inspired by the delicate lace of a wedding dress, Gisela was first introduced as a stencil at a time when lace-style designs—especially with such fine, intricate lines, did not exist in the market. It pushed the boundaries of what was possible, requiring precision to create, care to use, and patience to master. Over time, it became one of our most loved and recognizable designs.

The Gisela Rolling Pin is the natural evolution of that original artwork.

Using the exact same design, we transformed Gisela into a rolling pin that preserves every delicate line and organic movement, while offering ease, consistency, and durability. It allows decorators to effortlessly imprint the signature lace texture onto fondant, creating refined results with less effort and greater reliability.

This rolling pin does not replace the Gisela stencil, it honors it. Where the stencil offers artistic control and hand-finished detail, the rolling pin provides accessibility and repeatability. Together, they allow Gisela to live on through different techniques, styles, and generations of decorators.
