PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Processing times may also be extended during launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

SHIPPING

Standard U.S. Delivery:

Items will generally be shipped via USPS and charged a flat rate. Items that shipped Standard delivery within the U.S. arrive in 3-7 business days.

Standard Overseas Delivery:

Items that shipped standard delivery overseas arrive in 15-21 business days. Due to covid guidelines in other countries, delivery time may be delayed. Cakes by Angela Morrison is not responsible for delayed/lost packages and no money refund will be issued for delayed or lost packages shipped overseas.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cakes by Angela Morrison is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and it is your responsibility as a customer.

Packages not claimed at ports of entry in your country and returned to U. S. Packages will be sent back overseas as long as the customer pays for delivery fees. Cakes by Angela Morrison is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Rush delivery:

USA DELIVERY

For additional $8, we can shipped orders received by noon ET (Mon-Fri) to arrive in 2-3 business days (2-day Rush, via UPS. Only USA).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For an additional $38 per package, we can expedite orders received by noon ET (Mon-Fri) to arrive in 3-5 days. Unfortunately, we cannot process these deliveries online. Please, contact our office at 757-8026229 or mar5874@live.com to arrange rush deliveries.

International clients can have orders delivered to a freight forwarder of your choice located within USA.
