Food Contact & Product Compliance

Our cake embossers are designed for professional and home baking use and are intended for direct contact with food, including fondant, gum paste, modeling chocolate, and similar edible materials.

Food Contact Safety

The materials used in our embossers are food-contact suitable and comply with applicable European and UK food-contact legislation, including:

• Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004
  (Materials and articles intended to come into contact with food)
• Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006
  (Good Manufacturing Practice for food-contact materials)
• Uk retained versions of the above regulations (post-Brexit)

All raw materials are sourced from reputable manufacturers and are supplied with material safety and food-contact compliance documentation. Products are manufactured under controlled conditions and are intended for their intended use when cleaned and used as instructed.

Declaration of Compliance

A formal Declaration of Compliance (DoC) is maintained for our products, supported by material safety documentation and supplier certifications.

This documentation is available upon request to customers, distributors, and regulatory authorities.

CE Marking

Our embossers are manually operated tools and contain no electrical, electronic, or mechanical components. They do not fall under any EU or UK CE-marking directives, and CE marking is not therefore not applicable to these products.

Care & Use

To ensure continued food safety:
• Wash with warm water and mild soap before first use and after each use
• Allow to air dry completely
• Do not expose to excessive heat or open flame
