Broderie de Perles is inspired by the extraordinary beadwork and hand embroidery found in haute couture.
Delicate strands of pearls form sweeping ornamental arches across the surface, intertwined with intricate jewel-like motifs and finely sculpted details. The composition has the richness of a hand-embellished couture textile — where hundreds of tiny beads, pearls, and embroidered elements come together to create something extraordinary.
Rolled across fondant, the pattern creates a highly dimensional finish that feels almost like fabric rather than cake: elaborate, romantic, and unmistakably luxurious.
Designed especially for wedding cakes and statement creations, Broderie de Perles allows the texture itself to become the decoration.
Part of the Couture Collection, inspired by my lifelong love of haute couture, intricate textiles, embroidery, lace, pearls, and the craftsmanship behind garments that feel like works of art.
Material & Care
Each rolling pin is made from PLA (polylactic acid), a plant-based bioplastic commonly produced from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane.
To preserve the shape, detail, and longevity of your rolling pin:
Hand wash only
Use cool or lukewarm water with mild dish soap
Clean gently with a soft sponge or cloth
Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely
Do not use hot water
Do not place in the dishwasher
Do not soak for extended periods
Keep away from ovens, microwaves, direct flame, hot surfaces, and other high-heat environments
Because PLA can soften or warp when exposed to excessive heat, gentle washing and proper storage will help keep your rolling pin in its best condition.
