Bottega I | Classical Architectural Rolling Pin
Inspired by the grandeur of classical European architecture, Bottega I transforms fondant into an elaborate sculptural relief reminiscent of the façades of historic Italian palaces.
Featuring graceful female figures within ornate architectural arches, slender columns, intricate acanthus scrollwork, and beautifully sculpted drapery, this design captures the richness and elegance of centuries-old decorative stonework.
The dimensional texture creates remarkable depth and shadow, giving sugar surfaces the appearance of intricately carved architectural masterpieces.
Designed by Enrique, drawing on his background in architecture, exclusively for Cakes by Angela Morrison.

Bottega II | Cherubs & Baroque Architectural Rolling Pin
A romantic celebration of old-world European artistry.
Bottega II features sculptural cherubs nestled among elaborate scrolling foliage, floral and fruit garlands, decorative columns, and graceful architectural arches.
Its richly layered composition draws from the ornamental traditions of Baroque and Renaissance architecture, creating a continuous tapestry of sculptural detail.
The interplay of raised relief, intricate carving, and softly aged-looking surfaces gives fondant the character of antique architectural plasterwork.
Designed by Enrique, drawing on his architectural background, exclusively for Cakes by Angela Morrison.
An architectural masterpiece, reimagined in sugar.
Material & Care
Each rolling pin is made from PLA (polylactic acid), a plant-based bioplastic commonly produced from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane.
To preserve the shape, detail, and longevity of your rolling pin:
Hand wash only
Use cool or lukewarm water with mild dish soap
Clean gently with a soft sponge or cloth
Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely
Do not use hot water
Do not place in the dishwasher
Do not soak for extended periods
Keep away from ovens, microwaves, direct flame, hot surfaces, and other high-heat environments
Because PLA can soften or warp when exposed to excessive heat, gentle washing and proper storage will help keep your rolling pin in its best condition.
