    Angela, is the best teacher by far. She is very thorough in explaining the techniques to her students. Some instructors provide little information and charge a fortune for their classes. I definitely recommend taking her classes.

    Muy contenta con ésta clase, no necesitas saber el idioma inglés para poder aprender ésta técnica. Ángela te enseña paso a paso las desde el inicio hasta el final el proceso y decorado de tu pastel. Seguiré comprando más clases con ella porque es muy didáctico su método de enseñanza. Gracias Angela!

    Los cursos sin excelentes! Hay que observar los videos para aprender, sin necesidad de saber inglés. Hemos aprendido mucho y hemos puesto en práctica las texturas aprendidas y realmente nuestras tortas han dado un giro. Hemos dejado de tenerle miedo al fondant y hemos logrado hermosos acabados y texturas increíbles en nuestras tortas. Les recomiendo el curso de texturas y el de peonías!!!! No se arrepentirán.
