-Apply ganache evenly for a clean, professional finish.

-Make swiss meringue buttercream-ideal for layering and decorating.
-Refine your smoothing and scraping techniques.
-Learn how to create the perfect stenciling on a cake.
-How to colour/whiten ganache a for a clean base.
-Arrange florals or other mediums.
-Resolve common ganache problems with confidence.
